Return / Exchange

No exchange / refund are allow for change of mind, size, colour or quantity
Yone shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipment. However, exchange / refund only eligible for items with manufacturing defection.

If you have received a defective product:

Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 7 days upon item received.

Instructions will be given on to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after the instruction email is sent.

The return item must be in brand new condition /in the original state unworn, unwashed & no smell of deodorant / perfume / washing powder and with label tag. Otherwise exchange or refund will be ignored.

Please note that the return item will be sent back to you within 3 working days via normal courier shipping method. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs.

We are not liable for any lost parcel in the exchange/refund process.
